This contemporary value duplex is a short walk to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula, ideal for sunning, surfing, boogie boarding and more! Luxury Fili D’Oro linens and towels are thoughtfully provided for every bed and every guest!

Both living areas have cozy seating, wall mounted TVs and one of them has a gas fireplace. Both kitchens are fully equipped and have everything you’ll need to cook meals from home. One unit has a highboy table and 4 chairs plus extra stools are provided for casual meals and the other has stools at the counter for casual meals and there is a table on the front patio that seats 6 with a charcoal BBQ. The rooftop deck has a table for 6 and lounge chairs. Grill family favorites on the charcoal BBQ while sharing the days experiences.

Both master bedrooms have king beds and en suite bathrooms. All other bedrooms have queen beds and 2 hallway bathrooms.

This home allows room for 2 vehicles in the garage but please note that only smaller vehicles will fit in the provided garage.

Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, alongside many casual restaurants. Newport Beach has some of the best dining spots all within a short drive or a 10-15 minute walk of this home. - Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
