The open-plan living area offers a comfortable place to unwind after a day outdoors, with inviting seating, a smart TV with streaming services and split-system air conditioning.

Preparing meals is easy in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and cooking essentials. Gather around the dining table to share breakfast before a day of exploring or enjoy dinner together, while the covered balcony welcomes fresh air and natural light into the living space.

As night falls, the primary bedroom offers a comfortable double bed for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is ideal for families or friends, featuring a bunk bed with a double bed below, a single bed above and a pull-out trundle. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries, while the private laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds convenience to longer stays.

Outside, the front yard provides additional outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine, while driveway parking makes coming and going easy.

Please note that guests may see a boat parked near the driveway; it is not available for guest use. Access to the home is via an external staircase and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage.

Tucked on the Hawkesbury River, Brooklyn is a small waterside village that feels a world away from the city despite being under an hour from Sydney. Wander down to Brooklyn Park and pick up the Mangrove Walk, an easy boardwalk trail through mangroves and saltmarsh with lookouts over the river and local oyster leases. The park also has BBQ and picnic areas, making it a lovely spot for an evening stroll or a relaxed lunch by the water.

Just a short walk away is the village centre, with cafes, the local pub, fish and chip shops, and Hawkesbury River station, from which guests can hop a train into the city or catch the passenger ferry across to Dangar Island. That car-free island is worth the short ride over, with quiet walking tracks, river views, and a real village charm.
