The interior layout and bedroom configurations include:

- Living & Culinary Areas: A welcoming entrance leads into an open-concept Great Room featuring a media room/studio, a spacious living area, a formal dining space, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

- The Bedroom Suites: Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring its own private terrace. The Master Suite includes a plush King bed, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious master bathroom with both a soaking tub and a stand-alone shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom features two comfortable twin beds with its own private bathroom, this two twins can turn into a King if preferred.

- Parking: Includes one reserved parking spaces.

The property includes two dedicated parking spaces for guests traveling by car.

- Booking & Age Requirements: To preserve a relaxed, family-oriented environment, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter. The maximum capacity of the property is strictly 6 guests.

- Strict No-Smoking Policy: To ensure the property remains immaculate for everyone, a strict no-smoking policy is enforced both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this policy carries a $500 USD penalty.

- Condo Policies: To protect the high-end finishes of the home, pets are not allowed on-site.

- Local Taxes: Please note that listed luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging Tax
