•Please always be respectful of the neighbors. The apartment is in a very respectable and quiet building.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air, clean carpets, and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM.
•No Pets
•Please do not wear shoes inside the property.
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•Check-in time is anytime after 4 PM
•Check-out time is 10 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking

You agree that your will not claim any tenancy rights and will vacate the premises by the checkout time specified in the booking details.

We are not able to make accommodations or adjustments to our cancellation policy. If for any reason you think your stay might have to be adjusted or cancelled, we recommend purchasing the travel insurance available.
