The Space:

Please note: as the building management does not permit lockboxes in this CBD complex, guest keys will need to be collected from our office on James Street, It is just 1.5km away.



The apartment is laid out to maximize space and comfort for holidaymakers, small groups, or traveling families. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep, while the second bedroom is outfitted with a practical bunk bed consisting of a single bed on top and a double bed below. For additional guests, the living area includes a sofa bed, allowing the flat to comfortably sleep up to six people across the layout. A single, clean bathroom serves the home efficiently.



The central living area acts as a relaxing hub to gather after a day of sightseeing, equipped with effective air conditioning to regulate the temperature year-round and reliable WiFi for streaming or staying in touch. Connected to the living space, the kitchen comes fully prepared for home cooking with standard appliances, cooking essentials, and a time-saving dishwasher that makes tidying up quick and easy.



Guest Access:

The guest have to pick up and drop off the keys in the Cloudbnb Management Office located in Northbridge. It is just 1.5km away.



The Neighborhood:

Located directly on a vibrant central street, the surrounding neighborhood places the best of Perth right at your door. A local supermarket, bakeries, and dozens of casual eateries are situated just a two-minute walk away. A bustling pedestrian shopping street with major retail stores, cafes, and a historic local theater is within a three-minute stroll. For those looking to explore outdoor spots, the popular riverfront promenade and waterfront parks can be reached in less than ten minutes on foot, while a sprawling public botanic garden is an easy stroll or short ride away.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- until 10 am.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.



RATE INCLUDES

- 1 bath towel per guest

- Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash.

- Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil.

- Please note only starting amenities are supplied.

- High Chair and Baby Cot under request and availability.



AMENITIES

-A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests.

- There is NO parking available at the property, only paid parking 500m away
