The Space:

A classic Kiwi brick home, freshly updated and all on one level. The open kitchen, dining and family room is the heart of the house - fold back the wide stacker doors and it runs straight out onto the sunny deck, so inside and outside become one big space. Springfield Golf Course is a two-minute walk from the front door, and Rotorua International Stadium about ten.

- BATHROOMS -

Two bathrooms plus a separate toilet. The master ensuite has a walk-in shower, vanity and heated towel rail. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, and the separate toilet off the hallway makes mornings easier with a full house. Towels supplied.



- LIVING AREA -

The kitchen has stone benchtops, a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and an air fryer, plus a breakfast bar with stools for a quick coffee. The dining table seats 8, and there's a comfy sofa at the far end of the family room, warmed by the wood burner on cooler Rotorua evenings. Through the hall, a separate lounge has leather sofas, recliners and a TV, with big windows over the front garden. Board games and kids' books and toys are on hand for rainy afternoons.



- OUTDOOR AREA -

The deck has outdoor dining and a gas BBQ, with steps down to a large fenced back lawn. Two hammocks and Adirondack chairs sit under the pergola, with orange trees and a view across to the hills. The front section is fenced too.



- LAUNDRY -

Washing machine and dryer, so you can pack light.



- PARKING -

Off-street parking on the long driveway, with room for more than one vehicle. Handy on game days at the stadium.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole house to yourselves - every room, the deck and BBQ, the front and back gardens, the laundry and the driveway, all through your own private entrance. Make yourself at home. 🏡



The Neighborhood:

Huia Nest sits in quiet, established Hillcrest on the southern side of Rotorua, on the Springfield border. Springfield Golf Course is a two-minute walk away, and Rotorua International Stadium is about ten minutes on foot - ideal for rugby, concerts and events without the parking hassle. Te Puia and the Whakarewarewa geothermal valley are just 3 minutes' drive, and the Rotorua Golf Club at Arikikapakapa is close by too. Polynesian Spa, Waiariki Spa, Eat Streat and the lakefront are around 8 minutes away, the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest 10, and Skyline Rotorua, Zorb and Canopy Tours about 12.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore wider Rotorua, and there's off-street parking for more than one vehicle on the driveway. The golf course and the stadium are both walkable. Te Puia is 3 minutes' drive, central Rotorua and the hot pools about 8, the Redwoods 10, Skyline Gondola & Luge 12, and Rotorua Airport around 15 - an easy arrival if you're flying in.
