Located in the peaceful village of Hamptworth, close to the New Forest National Park and the highly regarded Hamptworth Golf & Country Club, Oakwood Cottage offers a stylish countryside escape in a truly enviable setting. Part of the beautifully converted Home Farm development, this charming cottage is one of five thoughtfully restored barn conversions that seamlessly blend rural character with contemporary design.

Designed with comfort and sociability in mind, Oakwood Cottage features a spacious open-plan living area where vaulted ceilings and natural light create a wonderful sense of space. The modern kitchen is finished with elegant sage-coloured shaker units, integrated appliances and generous preparation space, making it easy to prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast to a home-cooked evening meal. The central dining island with its comfortable stools provides a welcoming place to gather, unwind and plan the next day's adventures.

Two attractive bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat at the end of the day, combining exposed beams, luxurious bedding and ample storage with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. A contemporary shower room serves both bedrooms and is finished to a high standard.

Outside, guests can make the most of the beautifully landscaped communal courtyard, an inviting space furnished with comfortable seating and dining areas. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee, an alfresco lunch or an evening drink as the sun sets, it's an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside.

The location is perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer. Hamptworth Golf & Country Club is just a short walk away, where guests can enjoy golf, padel, pickleball, croquet and excellent dining facilities. The popular Cuckoo Inn can be reached on foot or by bicycle, while the enchanting landscapes of the New Forest, along with the market towns of Salisbury, Romsey and Fordingbridge, are all within easy reach.
