Paintings by local artists adorn the walls. The outdoor side patio area has a small table and two chairs. The unit has heat or air conditioning as needed. Please, no smoking on the premises. Harvey Park has benches and is directly across the street. A bit of History: the house was originally built circa 1850. The apartment served as a small store in the late 1800s. Please note, due to the historic nature of the property the apartment ceiling has several low areas measuring at a minimum height of 6'2".
