The property is good located - beach just few stairs down and few restaurants and shop up hill few steps. Everything was clean and prepared. Apartments has big own terrace with see view and the balcony with view. Was comfortable that there is a bathroom ground floor and wc 1st floor. Kitchen has everything you need. There is washmachine. And air-conditioning is working all the time! Was nice to meet the host - lovely nice and helpful person! 🥰

The house is a bit older that we got the impression from the pictures before but we liked it´s charm. The terrace was very useful for us and we enjoyed very much to spend a quite week there. Also washing machine was available and the kitchen had all staff we needed. It´s location near by the sea (just over the street and 64 steps down) was good. The host and the communication was very kind. We would like come back.

The apartment is close to very nice, small beach. Big terrace and grill were what we needed for chill-out evenings.

The air-conditioning was not very efficient (one device on corridor to serve 3 bedrooms and leaving room.

Warm welcome. All the basics were provided on our arrival. Great location for the beach, close to an excellent small bar and cafe. Very useful outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Plenty of hot water. Stanici and Omis are an ideal destination for couples and young families, with plenty of activities for older children too.

The steep narrow driveways along this coast are a driving challenge. I would recommend arriving by daylight if driving.

Wonderful host! Nice place with beautiful view. Very silent place, nice to stay with kids and have family vocation. Close to beach which is very clean. Market, restaurants are close. If you want to spent more active time, there are wonderful city Omish few kilometers away and there you can find all what you want :) We recommend this place.
