Location was great and free bus service
The price per night was exceptionally high
The restaurant was not good at all, we were wanting breakfast à la carte but told it wasn’t served until after 9 am and we had to leave for our flight. A couple of other guests aid the buffet was very average
The price for the buffet seemed very expensive
The waiter in the bar making cocktails didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all either

Great location and nice room with working fireplace
Breakfast service was a mess. Way overpriced for what you got , and no free coffee in the lobby or bar area.
One morning (after 9:00 buffet was over) we were waiting to be seated and spoke with a couple who were leaving because they had sat for 30 minutes and no one ever came to take the order. They did not seem to be understaffed either. Very disappointing.

Normal
Bath room bath water difficult to use. Room size is too small for the price.
