A notre entrée on a trouver de la saleté sur les deux chaises

C'était tranquille malgré l'achalandage. Ma fille a apprécié la piscine.

Pas de cafetière keurig comme dans certain autre établissement. Pas beaucoup de choix de déjeuner, manquait de variété. Le réceptionniste du matin avec un chandail kangourou sur lui, ne faisait pas professionnel, nous sommes habitués que les gens travaillant dans les hôtels aient des vêtements au nom de l'hôtel.

Requested a pet free room as we have allergies, we were given a pet friendly room instead and no other rooms available. There was 3 pieces of dog food on floor in room, a muddy dog pawprint on inside of door, room spelt like animal urine. went to make coffee and there was a used coffee filter still in machine with mold on it. When getting into bed there were “mystery” pubic hairs on sheet from previous tenant. allergies acted up the entire stay and staff did not accommodate us as requested. $192 for a terrible experience, would never recommend staying here

The waterslide was fun, the pool is very very shallow but a very comfortable temperature. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. The room was tidy and clean with big windows. Very close to a good variety of shopping and restaurants.

There were numerous places in the room that were damaged. The curtain rail for the shower curtain was being pulled out of the wall. Gaps in the backspash by the sink. All small stuff but telling of a lack of maintenance. The room we had was very hard to get our bikes into . It was the smallest in the hotel, why they gave that one to use I don't know. The hot tub was out of commission when we were there.

Slide and pool was a hit.

No towels in room, had to go to front desk and get some. Staff were very helpful.
