friendly staff, we’re helpful when I forgot something in the room and had to come back for it they had it ready to go

the view was of the venting, beds were felt crammed into the room and could hear the sound of Laundry running. when I spoke to the desk they first offices me drink vouchers but I was with my teen daughter, then a food voucher for their restaurant but it wouldn’t suit what my daughter eats. upon arrival from a town visit they had upgraded to a higher room . it was more about the venting and the the laundry. I feel they should have in the description that’s it’s a limited view property or something similar . I wasn’t expecting the best view but the view of the venting and roof below made me uncomfortable . along with the sound of the washer and dryer.

The 1 bedroom suite was very nice and comfortable. Pillows were great and loved the shower and balcony. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and Clive's lounge.

The older building is not as soundproof so early am (7 30 is) woke up to loud construction down the street. Would be nice to have complimentary parking in included with stay. Also elevators can be slow. Could use some softer pillow top beds.

Loved our stay in a two bedroom suite with huge terrace and the best views of Victoria from the 16 floor. We travelled with 3 kids including twin infants and the hotel staff were very accommodating providing two cribs in the room. We really enjoyed the in room service from vista 18. All staff members were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Room was bigger then I expected which was a nice surprise.

Only complaint was the bed and sheets were uncomfortable.

We didn’t do breakfast. Supper at Vista 18 was very good

great location, clean and tidy generously sized rooms with a great little cocktail bar and an exceptional restaurant upstairs

hotels was a little dated, but this didn’t affect our stay, no air conditioning, we would have preferred to have, but we are from australia so very used to everywhere having by default.

close to shops and restaurants, beacon hill park and ocean walkway. On site restaurant was very good and convenient. We also enjoyed having a full kitchen and on site parking. They had the most comfortable pillows!

there were a few kitchen items missing, such as fish towels and cloths and large cutting knife.

rooms a bit hot and AC very loud although very effective . bit too noisy at night to leave window open

Two-room suite was very spacious and comfortable. It had a nice territorial view but only a peekaboo view of the inner harbor.

Suite smelled of cigarette smoke, and there were not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom with the tub/shower.

Cleanest, fancy looking, free tesla recharge (hurray!), Extra cost for laundry to do (3$+2$/load washer dryer one load =5$)

Rip off price on the restaurant at hotel on 18th floor, (you pay for the view not for the food value) & cleaning person for our room left door unlocked and opened a few centimeters Luckily nobody stole anything but is a 5* hotel I think.
