To expensive to park
The fire alarm at 4:15am totally sucked

The room was too small, there was no Microwave in the room, and the entrance was too narrow.
The room price was too high., however, the room view was great!

The hotel was nice and clean, digital check out was lovely. Lady in the little shop downstairs was so sweet and kind.
Parking was the first issue. $80+tax for parking in the underground garage, and all the accessible spots were blocked off, ended up having to double park in a regular spot (so my handicapped passenger could get in/out) and came out the follow day to a minivan parked 2” from my door and the car on the other side (not sure how anyone got out of their vehicle except maybe the hatchback) despite there being about 50 empty spots.
The woman checking us in was curt (not a welcoming atmosphere), booked a $450 king room with a Canadian falls view (the window was exactly 2 feet wide and in a corner tucked behind the bed). The room was as small as a broom closet and I’m 90% sure the bed was a queen (I have a king at home, and the bed we were given was drastically smaller than we’re used to). Could hear the people in the adjoining room for most of the night. Pool times were “required” to be booked in advance, indicating someone on the pool deck would be checking, but did not. Pool rules have a max of 10 people listed and no boisterous play, there had to be at least 30 people in the pool including kids who did nothing but splash and bump into us the entire time.

It was the ultimate convenience to have the Godsmack concert at this venue
The elevator being down was a little annoying

Location
Bathtub grimy
The elevators were being repaired and in evening only 2 for the whole tower was in service
Wait times we’re crazy
Workers were grinding metal in an open elevator without a screen up
Sparks flying everywhere
The family pool closes on Sunday at noon
And was not open during the week
Had to make an appointment for the infinity pool
( seems like I was the only one who did)
Overcrowding in the pool
The lady who was supposed to be supervising the pool area was more interested in her phone
There were young men in there 20’s jumping and horse playing in the pool then decided to change right in the area in front of my 8 and 9 year old daughters as well as all the other parents and children leaving nothing to the imagination
They have weird billing I am watching my credit card to make sure my deposit comes back
I will not return to this hotel if they offered it to me free

We booked 1 year before the Apr 8, 2024 Solar Eclipse and we're glad we did because we got the best room possible, a King Room w/ Whirlpool with the Premium Falls View of both waterfalls! We dined in-house at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse the night before the eclipse and were blown away by the quality of the AYCE bbq! We had breakfast on the morning of the Eclipse on the 33rd floor and the views and food were spectacular! Then we had dinner at Watermark after the Eclipse and enjoyed our $79 customizable 3 course meal! Again, spectacular views and great food!
And even though it was the busiest 2 days, possibly in Niagara Falls' history, all the staff, security guards, bell boys, parking attendants, cleaning staff, servers, etc were fantastic. Great customer service, friendly, and happy despite how crazy everything was due to the Eclipse!
Special shout out to the Social Media person running the Instagram accounts, they shared so many of my photos and were also super helpful in answering a few questions I had!
There were only 2 "downsides" but neither of them really bothered me.
1) The cost of everything (mainly the room) was much higher than per usual for this time of year BUT as a businessperson myself, I can't even fault the hotel for that. It was busy as heck and they had all hands on deck. Plus the demand was through the roof so it's fair game.
2) Some of the elevators were offline due to them being Modernized and renovated. Again, I can't fault them for this as there's really no good time to do this. But the waits for the elevators, both going up or down, were easily 5minutes. And being on the 39th floor, stairs weren't really an option.

Location was convenient . Bed was very comfortable. Walkway to casino was nice .
Parking on site is kinda forced upon you for an $80 charge . Elevator waits were in excess of 25 minutes . Room was worn out and dated . Carpets torn lights broken.

We requested a Falls view and we had a good view of it. We liked that we could go to the Casino, restaurant and the concert without having to go outside in the unfavourable weather.
Underground parking was very tight.
8.0
Clean, high floor had great view, infinity pool had beautiful view of both falls, across the street from very nice casino
No wheelchairs or mobility scooters for rent, need to be able to walk at least to casino to get one however you’re not allowed to bring them back to hotel, expensive, everything has a price tag, room service alcohol super expensive, had to get pizza delivered because hotel food service closed so early. Parking outrageously priced.

The location and views of the falls were spectacular! Centrally located in downtown Niagara. Walkable to many shops, restaurants, attractions, and of course, the beautiful Niagara Falls. We stayed on the 24th floor, room 57. We had views of both the American and Canadian falls. When we arrived the curtains were drawn, which made seeing the view for the first time that much more dramatic when we pulled back the curtains (The images posted along with this review do not do the view from the room any justice). The 2 room falls view suite was spacious and clean and very welcoming. Large bathroom with separate water closet. Although we did not use the jetted tub, it had a window with a curtain that could raise or lower so that you could bathe and still view the beautiful scenery. We did not have any issues with elevator wait times as other guests had mentioned in other reviews and this was during the eclipse event, so the hotel had a lot of guests. We ate dinner at the Falls View restaurant and food was delicious (a bit on the pricier side, but we were on vacation, so indulged) and, of course, had sweeping views of both the American and Canadian falls.
There was a slight inconvenience when trying to drop our bags off at the bell hop desk before our room was ready. We stood in a growing line for almost 30 minutes before anyone came to the desk to help everyone. It was a busy period due to the eclipse, though.

None. Staff is rude, service is bad. Room is small and old. Worst thing is check in and check out time extremely long. And the staffs try to avoid giving invoices if you book from booking.com
Staff are rude and not professional. Waiting time to check in and checkout took an hour which is not acceptable. Staff refused to give invoice because we book the rooms from booking.com. Where in all other Hilton hotels, we got our invoices with no problem. The view to the falls is blocked by the big casino building. So to me it’s a deception to name and describe the room as falls view.

The heat was not working super cold room , half of the light was not working , super dusty, the parking was offsite and 50$ on friday and we had to take the shuttle bus.we had to change parking spot because the parking spot right beside the hotel was closer and cheaper for only 25$

Location was the only good thing
Booked 2 rooms with friends and we’re put on different floors. On site parking was full and they sent us to off site for $50 a night. Hot tub was closed.

The location was good. There was a direct way to the casino. The falls views were good.
Hilton is no longer like its old days. Old facilities. The faucet in the bathroom was broke. The elevator could take 15 minutes to come. Not at all like a 4 star hotel.
