Hotel has a good location, only 15 min from downtown, room was very clean, there is a very good restaurant.

The people working at reception were awesome! So helpful with so many of our questions. I would give them an excellent report. The grounds around the hotel were nice but it would look better if they had chairs for guests on the grass or under the trees in the shade.

I would have preferred to have soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the room. In all previous hotel across Canada that I visited they had these items in the washroom. The location is not great if you are travelling without a car. The walking distance to restaurants and stores are too far away.

The staffs

Welcome and room were very good. Spacious, quiet and neat. The pool is super good and it was pleasant to swim and chill. There was a fridge in the room and a TV, all in working order. I loved the shower which was spacious, with rain shower on the ceiling. Super quiet even though close to freeway.

I liked that it had a free parking.

The hotel has a lot of parking spaces, and there are different restaurants to choose nearby. Nice staff, easy and fast check-in.

The sign of the hotel at the intersection is not very clear, so you need to pay special attention to find it when driving.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very big & spacious. Location: bus stop is very near hotel; barely 40 metres from the carpark and bus 11 takes one into the heart of town (25 min ride), the bus route is great for travellers as bus 11 stops at key tourist spots. Pool: small but nice for a dip. Korean BBQ restaurant is right in front of the hotel. On this note, I want to thank the receptionist for a room with a very nice view -1108. I deeply appreciate it.

Easy access, close to everything

rooms are very warm, even when heating is off and air conditioning is very noisy

The staff was nice, the room was fairly large, the bed was comfortable, and the parking situation was good.

The pool was disappointing, the toilet in the room had flushing issues, and the tv was glitching.
