Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan and Spa

Everything! Customer service was great, we were allowed an early check in due to availability on the day which made a huge difference. Location was central to the city and the rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and we had a mini kitchen which they gave us utensils when we wanted to use it. I know they had valet parking but we parked at a spot closer by. Highly recommend!

Noisy roadworks outside the property.

We had a spacious room for three people, which was very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a small kitchenette, allowing us to enjoy a quiet and relaxed breakfast in the room. The hotel is in a really great location, within walking distance of Union Station and many of Toronto’s other attractions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel as long as you’re on one of the topfloors as unfortunately construction work just in front of the hotel and works in the street (weekdays) when we were there.

The construction work was mentioned on the hotel’s website, but not on Booking.com. We arrived on a Saturday, when there was no construction work taking place. We immediately asked for a room on a higher floor and were given one, which made some difference. So, be sure to check where the construction work is taking place when checking in your given room. I understand that this situation is not easy for the hotel and that the construction work is beyond their control. However, you ultimately pay the same price for less comfort and peace and quiet.

The room wasn't really clean and the bed wasn't comfortable. The pull out sofa bed was terrible.
