Location was fine-we got there by taxi then went staight to our room to rest. No breakfast included-if so, we didn’t know🤷🏻‍♀️

We got mixed up with elevators. Maybe we didn’t hear the directions properly or didn’t read indication signs, if any.

I loved the size of the room, the balcony and the general layout of the hotel room. It was beautiful.

The sheets didn't smell as though they were washed thoroughly. The pillows were also too soft. Would have been nice to have a mix between soft and firm pillows so I could choose. Valet service wasn't indicated on the website I used (Booking.com)

It was a great location close to everything and Union station. I liked that it’s an apartment hotel so it was good to have the kitchen. I was on the 35th floor and the views were breathtaking even from the bathroom and bathtub! The bed was super comfortable and it was a very spacious room! I would definitely stay here again and the staff were friendly and efficient.

I think the coffee machine should be more modern not Nespresso but a more modern filter coffee machine, the coffee bag thing was no good. Also they don’t mention in the listing about the sauna or show it on the photos otherwise I would have gone and brought my swimsuit so please update your listing. Otherwise everything was perfect and I recommend the place!

In room coffee was not drinkable.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter la ville à pied. Les chambres sont bien équipées, propres et fonctionnelles. Les produits de toilette sont qualitatifs.

Perfect central location for my needs.

It was all fine for long weekend.

Amazing location and nice room. The staff offered an upgrade with minimal fee and we were able to stay at high floor in Tower; was able to see the firework at Victoria Day and the sunrise next morning!

close to all activities. Good spot to park your car for the entire stay and walk to shops, restaurants, the financial district and the distillery district. As well as the Hockey Hall of Fame!

the blackout curtains are horrible quality and there is a really bright light on the ceiling that you can’t turn off that seriously impacted my sleep as well as my baby’s.

I paid for a upgrade room to have a view of a roof top with water on top of it .

Water pressure was horrible, water came out as a trickle. Couldn’t get really hot water. Could hear the whirr of the jets from the hot tub above us. Bed wasn’t really comfortable.

Great room , high end finishings, has kitchenette and lots of space. Good location, very helpful staff. The attached Cafe was great.

The lobby area on check in was crowded and chaotic. Ppl didn't know where to line up causing conflict between guests, and the check in process took way too long.... 10-15 minutes per person, with only 3 desks open on a Friday evening. Then had to wait 10 minutes for the elevator
