Days Inn by Wyndham Victoria On The Harbour

No major problems. OK.

Access to options for TV were limited. Would have liked to had option to sign in for Netflix, Crave, Amazon Prime. The beds were not comfortable and the bathroom was not well equipped with soaps and lotions and cups.

We appreciated the friendly staff who held our bags for us without an additional charge. The Location cannot be beat.

For the price we would have appreciated a continental breakfast. There was construction going on nearby which was noisy but that couldn't be helped.

The concierge security person early morning answered my questions on area attractions and transportation even though it was 2:30am. The Tall young man in the diner read the gluten-free items off the entire menu over the phone. I had the best comfort food: clam chowder and gluten-free garlic toast served piping hot with tons of bacon and a variety of seafood. Service was outstanding. The view of the harbour helped me settle in from a long trip here. I had a booking elsewhere that I had to cancel at a loss because it was so terrible. Everything got so much better after I found this hotel.

Updating the toilet and tub would bring them up to date with the rest of the room.

The room was not worth the price and the elevator needs fixing/so loud even with our room not right next to it
