L’hôtel est bien situé tout près de l’autoroute. La courtoisie du personnel et leur disponibilité aide à rendre notre séjour très agréable.

The is ths nicest Best Western I have ever seen. The room was very nice and well kept. The staff were kind and bilingual.
The guest laundry facility was one washer and one dryer but they were in giod repair. The front desk staff could not recall if thwy were coi. Or card operated. They are coin only. I considered these to be very minor hiccups.

After a long day of driving, I was so happy that the bed was so comfortable. I travelled with my dog and was thrilled that I was able to park my car in a space outside my door.
There was no ice in the ice machine on the first floor. I checked for some when I arrived and when I checked out. The gentleman that checked me out was very helpful. He went up to the third floor and found some up there. He was also really friendly. I appreciated that.

The food options for a family with small kids wasn't the best. Pool opened a little late for younger kids. Otherwise good.

I have trusted Best Western for 40 years and my first time to Drummondville didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable.
I wasn’t able to park my car near my room, had to keep walking through the lobby to get to the parked car. We could get out to the car through a side door but we had to come in through the lobby.

I liked the rooms & loved having the Pacini restaurant which we had 4 meals at. Excellent food!
Didn’t get to use the pool but will next time.
Was only dissatisfied that our room was not cleaned even though we put our card on the door to clean the room, because we did stay an extra night. So 3 nights in total.

very small bathroom, the bath drain was broken. the gym was the size of a closet and everything was broken and missing parts, only thing that was in good condition was the dumbbells. my card kept disconnecting every day and i found on my last 2 days that they set my keys for 1 night only. very poor experience
