Grand Times Hotel Drummondville

Very clean and the staff at the reception was amazing.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds on booking.com, got a room with 1 queen bed and 1 escamotable bed. The mattress of the queen bed needs to be replaced, felt every spring, the escamotable bed was also not at level and not comfy as well. The healthy breakfast: no milk substitute for coffee, like oat or almond milk, just cow milk. The salad of fruit its the same as Del Monte in can, not homemade, so not really healthy. Only one regular toaster (not commercial) so if you’re going in a big group, planned more time for the breakfast.

Really nice place, modern, huge windows and curtains, clean and big shower. Staff polite and professional. Price of the room was good for what it is.

We hear from our room whats going on it the hall way, not enough soundproof. Also, was nice to have the A/C but it was doing some sort of clicking noise once in a while.

The location was good. The bathroom was nice.

The bed was very firm and not comfortable. The breakfast was only for guests that booked directly with the hotel. The pool area was extremely hot, like a sauna and hard to breath the air. The pool water was also very warm and combined made for a poor environment and experience. There was only 2 pillows in the room and the front desk was so busy they didn’t have time to bring up any more pillows.
