The staff were very pleasant. The hotel was overall clean. The room was spacious.
Housekeeping didn’t do a really good job freshening up the room. They took out the garbage and made the bed. They didn’t wipe down any surfaces or mop the floor or wipe down the bathroom during our four night stay.

Nice place to stay and everything was clean and fresh
It’s just outside of the main part of town but still close to everything

Had a great time, breakfast was perfect, kitchen staff friendly and helpful. Lorrie at the front desk was welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. Had to call for some hair conditioner and the staff brought it up to our room quickly.
We liked the new wood flooring in the rooms, however the room was not vacuumed very well prior to our stay and definitely had not been mopped as our socks and feet were black from walking around in the room. There was old chocolate candies all under the nightstand and bed, a blood stain in between the beds on the floor and also on the comforter. Slightly concerning to us as we had our 2 year old son with us and he could have easily eaten the mystery candies on the floor.

Breakfast was simply adequate. Location was good.
The thermostat could be set lower than 68deg. But we were never able to achieve less than 68deg. My wife has the autoimmune disease Lupas and prefers temperature nearer to 60, ESPECIALLY to sleep. We were offered another room but it would not go lower than 68 either.

"Wir haben während einer Rundreise eine Nacht hier verbracht. Das Personal ist super freundlich, alles ist sauber, die Lage ist ruhig, man kann aber zu Fuß ins Zentrum laufen, und die Betten sind sehr ..."
