We did not get a chance to have breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning.

There was only one couch (no chairs) in the waiting area where we were waiting to be shuttled to the airport.

The host and breakfast chef were very responsive to any questions or needs.

The menu guide on TV didn't match what was actually showing. We stayed for 3 days and it would have been nice to have a different main option for food each day for breakfast.

Nice tv, comfortable bed

I arrived at midnight coming from the airport after a long flight. I don't know why I was put in a handicapped bathroom room with a walk in shower but was looking forward to a nice bath after a 5 hour flight unfortunately it was a big walk in shower and not even a bath mat was provided for the next morning. So I just turned the heat on and went to bed as I was exhausted only to wake up at 8 am to a cold room, unfortunately the heat wasn't working at all over night. I took a hot shower to warm up and left ASAP as it was so cold in the room. Also the carpet had stains on it and wasn't very clean and being put on the first floor the traffic is very noisy.
