All was fine for our one-night stay.

Nothing not to like.

The price that was charged at the bistro after a long day to just relax at the bistro, have a drink or food, but the prices were outrageous. I would much rather go out to a nearby restaurant.

Ladies at front desk were phenomenal and extremely helpful. Room was nice.

All was well

No Breakfast included and they have for limited hours for the restaurant in lobby but did not come to hotel for breakfast. The hotel was clean, comfortable and just a great place to stay offering just what we wanted. If your going to have a Starbucks or cafe of some sort make sure its open more that a few hours.

They use to have coffee and tea in lobby area complimentary last time we stayed there but that was taken away and there is nothing there for guests unless you buy whenever restaurant is open which isn't often, There was a Starbucks there but both days when we looked, we never saw it open.

Room well furnished, comfortable beds. Bathroom good.

Looking tired in places. Very noisy in corridors, people talking loudly and even shouting at times. Children running up and down until quite late. Only 1 lift meaning long wait times. Did not live up to expectations, however if needs be I would stay there again!

The location is near the airport, restaurant and gas station. The King-sized bed is good and comfy. The parking spot has an easy access to our Room #216. Luggage cart was useful to carry our suitcase and other stuff to our room.

All ice machines were temporarily out of service since Friday, 09/08. Our mini fridge isn't cold enough as we arrive and gradually getting cold during our 4 days stay. A/C unit isn't accurate on temperature setting, either it's too cool or not. Exhaust fan in the bathroom works but no suction to remove steam after shower and stinky smell too.

No ice machine working anywhere in hotel. All machines needed to be replaced front desk informed me. Told bar would give me a glass of ice. Had to wait in line for 5 minutes for a small glass of ice. Had to pay a $5 parking fee even though the hotel is in a strip center with other retail. I paid online. But told at check in that no payment has been made. I was told I would need to pay again and just request double payment later. "As this happens."

Beautiful rooms, indoor pool.

After settling in for an early night, we discovered that the TV in our room doesn't work. This basic room i's REALLY expensive. There is no breakfast included. My husband and I each got 1 glass of wine at the bar by the lobby and the bill was $32. The mattresses are very firm (which can be good or bad depending on your preference)
