Clean and right near the airport. Free cookies. Quiet for the area. Shower was hot and the shower head worked great.

The toilet was way too low to the floor. I'm short and it was way too low. Husband is 6'7" so for him it was extremely uncomfortable.

the spa tub also had a seat which was nice, the building itself was well kept, the front desk was soooo friendly

Clean, quiet. Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure.

Dated. Not enough outlets/usb ports. Hall floors were uneven, adding to the old, dated feel.

Room size above average, wide, clean hallways, quiet mini-fridge and ice and vending machines.

A bit better signing from the airport would help those of us who don't rely on our phones or on board maps to get us everywhere.

The suite was lovely. Very roomy

Fireplace in room did not work, hot water for spa tub ran out half way thru the fill up, breakfast was supposed to be at 6am, they didn't get it up and running till 7 so we went out instead and ate... sofa bed was broken, we brought fruit to eat and put it in the mini fridge which froze everything, pool was supposed to be heated, it was ice cold. Hot tub area was disgusting with rusted doors and the surrounding of tub was damaged from all the chlorine. For what I paid for this, I expected alot better accommodations. NEVER AGAIN!

The room was big enough for us and so was the bed. The lighting in the room was nice. Having a tv in the room was also nice. This was an okay experience.

There was someone else hair in the drain in the big tub. The heat was hard to control, it was freezing when we got into the room and in the middle of the night it got really hot. The bed sheets had stains on them, and there was no hand soap provided.

We stayed in the King room with spa bath and it was very spacious. The room was clean enough and amenities were suitable. The spa bath was small but adequate. There was a working fireplace! The staff were very friendly and responded to our needs quickly. Breakfast was very good. They offered a variety of hot or cold items. Location was close to restaurants and a mall. Plenty to do!

The blinds were broken and there was an very bright light outside my window. We could not get the room dark enough to enjoy our sleep. For whatever reason I was getting sicker/ flu with each passing day.
