The staff was very helpful in shipping me some items I had left behind in my room. I am extremely grateful for that excellent level of service.
Perhaps a decaf coffee option in the breakfast room would be my only suggestion.

The location being downtown was good
The beds need to be updated, parking costs $12 even tho they have a parking lot and breakfast was mediocre
Value for $230 a night should be a little more accommodating.

Location was great.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Rooms were clean and roomy.
The breakfast could have been better: The first day we had to wait for some items too long. Buffett style breakfast s should always be stocked well.

The room was decent, the staff were nice
In the website it showed a pool but it’s permanently closed and we were looking forward to enjoying some time swimming. They also charge extra for breakfast which to be honest I don’t think is worth paying for.
