Motel 6-Kingston, ON

The check out part was ridiculously unsafe and nobody cared. Returning the luggage cart to lobby..the marble like floor was wet between the area rugs. I slipped, fell, scraped and banged knee, hit head on edge of cart, my left arm and shoulder took a hit. I layed there, calling for help..no-one came..my husband found me struggling to get up and out. I'm 78..and yesII offered to return cart while he got car. He went in to office and explained..2 woman and one man plus front desk woman did not show a bit of concern..the receptionist said..well of course its slippery..its raining! The desk man said they'd have someone mop the floor. So my weekend of corn mazing with grankids etc was cancelled because i was injured and couldnt walk. The only thing I got out of that trip was a hotel bill and snotty attitude. I need to know how to contact someone who cares about patrons and i want this made right...refund!!

Quiet despite near the highway. Sparse but clean and comfortable.

Weird lighting. No breakfast.

Check in was efficient and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary coffee was.appreciated.

Some noisy guests in a nearby room.

This motel 6 location is best I've steyed at but lately...

2nd visit now with rooms that smell lile bleach
