Excellence across the board! My usual top rating for excellent is 9/10, but this place deserves a 10/10. Upscale and comfortable lobby and room - bed and pillows made for a super comfortable and restful sleep. Great soundproofing. Cook-to-order hot breakfast was unexpected and superb - and the breakfast cook/barista was top-notch (friendly, cheerful, and very efficient).

Breakfast without fruits and poor service other than the one serving at the main station that was wonderful - tables not cleaned...

This is a great hotel. It is clean and rooms are spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great! The hotel is not downtown and would not be convenient to walk to from downtown but is only a 5 minute or so drive away if you have a vehicle.

I found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The room was also really large. The tv was extra large which was great for watching the World Cup on!
First off there isn’t even one complimentary bottle of water in the room. This hotel desperately needs a makeover. Rugs throughout the hotel are worn, torn, and dirty. Outside of the TVs and mattresses, hotel looks like it hasn’t been touched since 1986. Only one elevator was working. The parking lot is not well lit and the area the hotel is in is - the city itself-has a high rate of car break ins.
