Breakfast was great. Staff was exceptional. In particular the maintenance guy, I think his name was Reg, saw us coming in and with no elevators he helped us get our luggage up to our room on the second floor. He greeted us every time he saw us on our two day stay there. Also, Leanne at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful.
No elevators and no towel bars to hang anything on in the bathroom. Just a small one on the sink for hand towel. We were hanging face cloths and bath towels over the shower curtain rod as there was no place to put them.

It is a decent value hotel in close proximity to the destination I was there to visit.
The online check-in system glitched, listing me as a patron already staying at the hotel instead of one in need of checking in. Inexperienced staff could not resolve the issue and had to call an offsite manager to see if it could be fixed, lengthening the time to check in. Once checked in, I discovered, purely by accident, that they had also assigned my room to another person. To their credit, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.
