Room was clean and lovely. Excellent breakfast. Location is close to Santa Cruz Wharf and Surfer Museum for observing surfing.

Staff super friendly and went the extra mile! I needed a gluten free dairy free breakfast, and they rocked it! Fabulous! Location has views of the beach, wine on the porch in the afternoon was such a treat, bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well prepared.
For us, it’s a little inconvenient to not have a chair or two in the room, and the small bungalow we booked just had a bed. But otherwise, it had everything we needed, including cold water bottles in the fridge!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the pier, beach, and boardwalk.

The room had a gas fireplace and the pilot light was on. When I returned from dinner at 9:10pm, the room was 80 degrees, even with open windows. I called the night number and was told "everyone had left" and I should turn the knob to turn the pilot off. The knobs were not labelled--I did not feel it was safe for me to start messing with random knobs when there was an open gas flame. I was not able to sleep because it was hot and stuffy.
