Very comfortable bed, quiet room, lounge area and mini kitchen were great.
Room service was quick and delicious
Lady who checked us out wasn't very welcoming, seemed disinterested.
Nothing in the immediate vicinity, restaurants or shops. You need a car or taxi to get into Boston centre

room was clean. most staff were pleasant
we were on the rooftop, the view was great. The service was awful. then the next night the manager heard us talking about it and made an attempt to tell us about the shortage of people and the person we were complaining about does not work upstairs he was just helping. I felt at that point he should of taken care of our bill which was only 2 drinks as we were heading to the show. the couple on the table next to us perked up and said the same. good explanation but didn't do anything for us,

Extremely spacious, even one extra queen bed in living room folded up, and big couch can sleep another person if needed.
1. Multiple elevator had bad smells
2. I got woken up at 6am by a random alarm clock set up by nobody. Might have be the cleaning person accidentally pressed the on button. This thing should never happens. If a clock is so easily accidentally be pressed. Then it should never have been put there. Who needs a hotel alarm clock these days when people have cell phones?
3. Noisy water pipe noise from other rooms at night. Couldn’t sleep without getting interrupted. Had to use ear plug!
