The hotel is in a great location; it's clean, the beds and rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly.

We stayed for 7 days, and breakfast was the same every day. I suggest you improve the variety by offering different fruits and other options, since it's always the same and doesn't have much flavor, which gets boring. There's a slight musty smell in the rooms.

staff were all very kind breakfast was the best part !! huge variety of foods - we stayed over 4th of july and they had red white and blue sprinkles to add to your waffles :)

the "fitness center " didn't have any weights , just 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill and 1 bike. it was size of a closet essentially. the "free shuttle" to universal ONLY leaves ONE time at 8am!

Location was great, 5 Miles from Amway/Kia center. The staff was friendly, parking was included, and it felt like a safe place.

The room was tidy but not clean. Carpets that even the hideous carpet pattern couldn't hide the stains. The toilet made strange plumbing sounds (?) like not the bowl but like when you flushed. Shower and sink seemed clean but the counter wasn't and there was brown mildew /mold going up the wall behind the bathroom door. When we walked in the chair had been shoved into the floor lamp and the shade was being crushed in the corner. Don't ask for a room near the elevators. The ice makers are nice to have on each floor, but it was so loud we could hear it in our room. It was ridiculously loud. There were not enough handicapped parking spots.
