elevator didn't work, baggage cart was filthy, clock didn't work in room & a noisy room next to us.

Almost nothing. Weirdly it was the best hotel bed I've had, but everything else was horrible.

This hotel is awful. Things are broken and sketchy. The fridge was completely frozen over. I'm a little surprised this place is allowed to function as a business. No wifi. Guys yelling outside until 4am. I left my 3 day reservation after the first night to find a different hotel.

all of it- bugs in the floor, carpet was soaking wet, and room stunk of mold, most lights didn’t work, no hot water, I had 3 reserved and we only had two towels , 1 washcloth, when I tried explain the situation I was dismissed - my sing stuffed animal fell in the floor during his sleep and when he went to pick it up it was soaking wet from the floor being wet,

I did not like anything. THe rooms smells terrible, the elevator did not work.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Roaches in room and bathroom. Carpet was very sticky throughout room. Coffee pot in room did not work and roaches came out top. Right next door to prison/jail.

Checked in with Shadika and checked out with Rosa. Both are extremely helpful and friendly. They always make sure my needs are met and that's I this is my choice for hotel stays.

Front staff was super nice. The beds were very soft and comfortable.

There was no trash bags for our 1 trash can that was in the room. There was no wash rags, only 1 big towel to share among 4 people. The bathtub didn't have a drain plug to use on the tub part. There was 18 wheelers with trailers taking up most of the parking. The whole downstairs reeked of weed. There was a party going on our last night with a bunch of weed, naked naked girls that were drunk and loud. Even though my room was clean & comfortable, I did not feel safe at all. I heard the security guy talk to the front guy as he got a phone call asking about cameras and the hotel did not have security cameras. I didn't see anything for breakfast, only small thing of coffee.

The pool was available and clean.

The breakfast is not a real breakfast, it's only a yogurt, a fruit and a bottle of water in a small bag. Better than nothing however.

Not a breakfast. Snacks for 2 year old. Water fruit cup with syrup . Very sad.

Get rid of the General Manger MARISSA. .She Set the tone for rest of the staff. ROSA IS AWESOME. Good over evil in every way every day.
