Location, must use room key to use elevator, provided parking (tiny bit expensive but not outrageous), beds were comfy, walls seemed thick, never heard others - but assuming hotel was not full so we were spread out.
Room smelled like stinky feet! We had to walk to Walgreens and buy Lysol spray to cover smell (bought Lysol fresh linen spray and sprayed right in front of blowing AC so it spread across the room)… thankfully that worked otherwise would have asked for another room.
Also outer bed covering was fine… but inner comforter was thin and old. Ended up not using, thankfully had brought my own blanket along for car ride, so used that.

The staff were super friendly, welcoming, & helpful. If I were to rate just based off of that, it would be 5 stars. The location was very convenient for exploring the city and getting to our event. I loved that I could leave my vehicle for extended time the following day for a small cost.
The bathroom tub had a lot of chipping paint/ finish that made it feel uncomfortable to stand in. The toilet couldn’t be flushed without waking the entire family up because of a loud noise that comes from it when flushed that seems to do with air and pressure. The walls and ceilings didn’t dampen any sound around us, nor the window. We heard all of DC and could barely sleep even with our noise machine on.
