Room wasn’t ready at check in. When we finally got to our room is wasn’t completely ready and it smelled like somebody just smoked weed in the room. The toilet handle also fell off after flushing once. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t good at all. Not many options, watered down juices, running out of bagels. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was a nice clean hotel

I stood in line waiting to check in for 45 minutes, And the parking lot and front door had homeless people hanging out around them.

We were very impressed and felt secure and safe while staying there. We would highly recommend this to others.

Most staff were friendly and helpful - but they weren‘t able to provide cashback so I could use the metro and their ATM didn‘t work. It was fairly central and some bars/café‘s and theatre nearby. The breakfast and gym was good. The shampoo and conditioner were good.

I stayed for three days and the room wasn‘t cleaned once. They stated that you could ask for it to be cleaned at the desk but it wouldn‘t be done daily. I thought that would mean every alternating day but this was not the case. It was dusty - not ideal for people with allergies. The coffee machine was not clean and so couldn‘t be used in the room. The elevators were not cleaned. The air vent made the rooms feel a bit stale and old, as well as the furniture. Pricey for very little effort on behalf of the hotel and lack of investment in refurbishments. I had hoped to use the pool but even that did not seem appealing when everyone can gape in and stare at you.
