Quiet, clean, great breakfast

Good room, clean and great location for us

Breakfast was quite late and process confusing as it was explained just a piece of paper and pen put on our table. Breakfast was okay. Found staff didn’t communicate very well.

We had a large comfortable room. We slept well and enjoyed our stay. It was good to be in Radium Hot Springs and away from the crowds of Banff. Breakfast was made to order and very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed seeing the deer and big horn sheep wandering the town.

There were a few scuff marks on the walls but nothing major.

Great location room was large and quiet

The breakfast was the most bizarre experience You have to fill in a form and you are only allowed 4 items and only 2 slices of toast all of which are served You cannot help yourself to cereals which come in a tiny bowl from the kitchen and no choice Oatmeal comes in a small bag you microwave The room was not serviced during our two day stay at all and the place is looking a bit tired No tea or coffee making machine in the room Talking to locals the owners are absentees but seem to want to maximise the profit by restricting what guests are allowed to eat for breakfast If you are going hiking stock up at the bakery after breakfast
