For a motel I love this place especially for price value, I like the flowers sitting on the balcony and the patio. Also like it that they are using Rocky Mountain Soap products from Canmore where I am from.

The staff in the restaurant with short hair and wearing a cap, forgot our breakfast order and didn't even apologize. We waited for almost an hour and they were not even busy, when I saw her again in front of the reception as the door was closed and dropped the keys she just abruptly said "drop it there!". I didn't know they would close the reception door when it said open at 10am and it was 11:30am at that time. The older lady at the restaurant said she was not told of our order unfortunately. There's always a polite way to say "sorry" or instruct your guests, but it is sad she lacks a hospitality attitude.

Quaint room, which was clean and comfortable. the outside furnishings (patio set and chairs) allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the mountain air. The air conditioning unit in the room was a great adder for the one hot night.

Nice, family-run place. Nice bbq area, staff is friendly, breakfast is tasty.

We were moved to a larger room but the price of the new room was not told to me until I got there so it just would have been nice to know the new price in advance.

room was very clean, very comfortable, the bath items (rocky mtn co.) were amazing. place feels very cozy. walking distance to restaurants and short drive to pools. price was affordable. Free breakfast is small but a lovely surprise which we enjoyed. staff was super friendly. we are coming back!

Some rooms are very small because of the age of the building. If you want more space book a kitchenette or room with two beds.
