Basic but fully satisfactory for my needs. A quick one night trip to Collingwood for a party. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything. The bed was hard. The duvet was a itchy synthetic one. Poor pillows. Not clean and hairs everywhere.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Small but clean room. Great tv and cable. Desk setup was perfect to do some work at. Very large updated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Conveniently located near restaurants and the downtown. Staff were able to accommodate both and early checkin and checkout - call and ask though!

Just be aware you are on the Main Street of the downtown core - there will be some unavoidable noise like snow plows or heavy traffic through the nearby McDonald’s - only noticeable if you’re a light sleeper (this would be applicable at all hotels in Collingwood though)

Room was very clean and staff was nice. Would stay here again! It is not fancy in anyway, and has no pool, but was perfect for what we needed.

Can hear traffic as motel is right at the main street.

Right next to the road, car noise all night long, cant sleep well

VERY basic, but very clean and comfortable, and affordable in a high priced area. A coffee maker and coffee pouches would have been appreciated.
