Location of hotel is superb. Easy walking distance to many places of interest and a variety of eateries. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Clean, comfortable room with a great view of laneway where artists displayed their work. Very quiet at night. Taxi rank out front was an extra bonus.

Stairs...on entry didn't expect Reception to be up on next level which was awkward with luggage. Staff were helpful when contacted. Television in room took a while to sort out, instructions on setting up would be beneficial.

Charming boutique hotel right in the heart of Old Quebec, opposite Château Frontenac! We arrived before the official check-in time, and the reception allowed us to check in early, which was very convenient. There is a restaurant in the same building where hotel guests receive a discount on breakfast, and plenty of other restaurants are located nearby. The room was spacious and featured a fun, unique detail: an indoor balcony that led directly to the walk-in closet. It also came with Nespresso coffee and all necessary amenities. Despite facing the street, it was quiet. Because it's a historic, low-rise building, there is no elevator, but there aren't too many steps to climb up to the rooms (reception is on the 1st floor).

This is a lovely hotel, full of character and charm in the best location near the Chateau Frontenac. Its location leads you to the highlights of Old Quebec including Place Royale, and the narrow streets with the many restaurants and artisan work.
