Poor security to bad

It was clean. The gentleman on duty in the morning apologize about the poor customer service the night before, so props to him. I feel awful, I can’t remember his name.

Unfortunately, quite a bit. We feel we paid premium price for a property that was far inferior to another location. The airport shuttle was a minivan, and there was very poor communication. The minivan picked up passengers from three different hotels, and our reservation we had made the day beforegot lost overnight, along with six other guests. It was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Freundlicher, kompetenter Empfang, geräumige Zimmer. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Flughafen und bietet Shuttleservice und Frühstück.

Es war das einzige Zimmer, dass in 4 Wochen keinen Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle angeboten hat. Ist aber bei Ankunft oder kurz vor Abflug nicht das Wichtigste. Warmes Wasser und Kaffee wird aber in der Lobby angeboten.

The bathroom had a leak from the bathroom above. When someone qas showering water filtered significantly. It was room 228. I had stayed here a couple of time before and never had a similar experience

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was a real breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt m, fresh fruit, juice, and a few other options. The room was big.

Location was perfect!

It is disappointing that there is no fridge or microwave in the room.

Shuttle service from the airport was excellent, we arrived at midnight and the shuttle was there within 10 to 15 minutes after we called. Quick ride to the hotel, very comfortable, nice, excellent breakfast friendly staff.
