I loved the location because almost everything was near by or if not it was a very quick drive. We loved the pool and the facilities especially the king suite, it was as if we had our own studio apartment.

As amazing as the room, facilities and hotel were, my only gripe would be that house keeping doesn't vacuum until you're about to check out and not once refilled the toilet paper, there were multiple instances where I had to go down to the front desk in the middle of the night to get some. And as you might guess going late at night it's hard to even find someone available at the front desk. Also, the elevators seem to be out of code and malfunction some times.

We really enjoyed the spacious suite. We has the 2 bedroom 1king 2 queen. The breakfast bar was pretty good also. Enough variety to choose from and different entrées offered each day. The beds were comfy and the staff was also very sweet and accomodating.

The day we were checking out the elevator was not working so it was a minor inconvenience but other than that it was great!

Breakfast quite good. Large dining room with plenty of tables, not crowded. Pickup at airport worked fine. Room was spacious, quiet, with fully equipped kitchen. Free coffee available all day. Plenty of towels in bathroom. Location very good.

Some problems with the warm water in the shower. Not all machines in the laundry room were working. Cereals at breakfast contain too much sugar. Too many throwaway plates at breakfast create too much waste. Greater health and environmental consciousness is needed. One complimentary plain water bottle a day would be appreciated.

we had a reservation, when we arrived at the property at 8 pm they said they were overbooked and sent us to another hotel.

The A/c barely blew in the king bedroom, which made it alittle uncomfortable.

The size of the room and layout was excellent and would have been wonderful if only the room had been clean. If we had not checked in so late, we would have likely found another room elsewhere if possible. This is an aging property that shows.

The room was filthy (not exaggerating). There were gnats in the room from the kitchen sink. The air conditioner was not working as well as it should have been. The television did not have internet.

The breakfast and happy hour was amazing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Everyone was very friendly.

Due to renovations, the business center was closed. I really looked forward to using it because I needed to complete some work, so that was an inconvenience. The pool was very dirty for a number of days. It eventually was cleaned. Also, the hot tub did not work for our entire stay.

We stayed at 2 bedroom suites, we’re huge and very spacious, beds were so comfortables. The location is GREAT for families with just one car because Notthstar Mall is just 5 minutes walking .

The towels were too small and the elevators were not working properly. One of the smallest towel was dirty with some spots and lines also, No spoons neither forks. No shampoo, no boast soap. We understand that everything has changed after pandemic and it’s difficult to hire people who wants to work as it was 2-3 years ago, but maybe be more careful with details will help a lot . I DEFINITELY will stay again. This was our 2nd time visiting this hotel .
