The room was actually more of a studio. We had a king bed and a sleep couch (which we did not use since we were just with the 2 of us). The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and all necessary tools were in the kitchen. It also had a small terrace with chairs and not to forget a separate room to store your luggage. The location is good; more or less in the middle of Vancouver so a very good spot to start the exploration. A big plus was the swimming pool and hot tub on the roof. There are also BBQs available and a couple of table to eat if you like that. No breakfast available (but we knew that upfront). However with the supermarket almost next doors this is not really an issue; and there are many breakfast cafes all around as well.

The room was a bit pricy; we booked it almost half a year upfront and we were not able to find a place in Vancouver city with similar quality and rating so after all it was acceptable. We had a room on the front side; be aware that this is a main road so traffic is dense and can be a bit noisy. But if you decide to stay in the city center that is just something you need to accept as well.

It was very hot, was nice to have a dip in pool upon arrival.

The hours were not as flexible as a hotel.

Clean, modern building in a great central location. Staff was very friendly and we loved the rooftop pool area. The ensuite washer and dryer was a real bonus.

An air conditioner in the bedroom may have been nice so we wouldn't have to have the window open and listen to the loud city sounds at night.

Ravi was awesome. There was an excellent "Level" of Customer Service. Easy walking to waterfront to get to Granville island. To the Canada line train. Takes you to the Waterfront ferries to North Van. Then back to the comfort of the Hotel Giant TV. Balcony. Pool and Hot Tub. One block from the grocery and wine store and a stocked Kitchen and a Kurig and a dishwasher

I would say having accurate pictures for each room would be nice. My room was really comfy and beautiful, but the images on Booking didn't show my exact room. It would definitely improve the experience.

Did not have time to use the gym, pool, sauna but loved that it was available. Love that it has an apartment feel, with kitchen, laundry and even a small outdoor balcony.

Would be great if they stocked some basic items, ie. coffee creamer, cooking spices, oil…so you could actually make use of the kitchen.

it isn’t very accessible for disabled persons. no grab bars in the washroom. the washroom is small and there are many corners and the bedroom is so small that the king sized bed doesn’t allow for any walking space around it. the parking is very awkward with two gates requiring use if a card to enter. The clerk didn’t know what handicapped meant snd i needed to find an appropriate stall myself. no information on surrounding restaurant nor a city map

Location and value for money. Quite spacious compared to other alternatives

the apartment was decent size with all the facilities you could ask for. the location was ideal with main areas, bus stops and trains in walking distance. the pool and hot tub were lovely, warm and clean. the staff where all friendly and happy to help. would highly recommended with a safe feeling location.

There isn’t really anything bad to say apart from you can hear the road noise but that’s what you get for such a central location.
