Great 5 minutes from knotts no traffic at all
Laundry facilities are a bit too much but it was nice and clean.

Everything! The service from check-in to the horrible experience of check-out and even the lack of follow up from their management team have been my worst hotel experience. We dropped our bags off around 6:40 pm and went to our dinner reservations almost a hour away we had to leave immediately. Never had time to even look things over in the room. Once we arrived back to the hotel at approximately 12 it’s was absolutely disgusting. I take bleach and Lysol everywhere and it couldn’t fix how horrible the room was. The bed was covered in other people hair and dirt. I immediately contacted the front desk and explained we had not even been in the room for 30 mins in total and how we are requesting a refund. I was advised to call Maria “hotel manager” the next day and here we are almost a week later and she REFUSES to get on the phone or return my email. Please see all my pictures below. Save your money, spend extra do not stay here. Oh yeah upon returning the parking lot has over 5 police cars this place is unsafe and have the audacity to have Knotts and Disney attached to their name. I will be contacting those companies as well. Great customer service goes a longgggg way and the fact my husband and I found ourselves driving back to Las Vegas and not arriving until 4:30am was horrible! We should have minimally been provided a refund or an option of stay at a different property but management is horrible. Stay away from this nasty place!

The price was about the only good thing.
Well no in room refrigerator or microwave. The shower was narrow, and the shower head was low, had to stoop over to wash my hair. The beds were very low to the ground, power outlets had no cover on it. One bed was partly lopsided and you could feel springs in part of the mattress. Trim was coming off the tv stand and part of it was chipped off the bathroom door was chipped badly and we had some ants running around. We had asked for another room and was told they were full up. Ive stayed at Motels 6's before and they all had refrigerators and microwaves this was a inconvenience as I have medication that needs to be refrigerated and I had to go buy Tupperware to put it in and leave it on ice.

The employees were good to us, however we were expecting a refund of our booking since we did not stay at the hotel. The rooms were very small for a party of four, so we decided to change our booking to another hotel.
Rooms are very small, they are good for two individuals, but more than that you will struggle with your luggage and with your movement around the room.

the location was great and the staff was very friendly
the first room I was placed in I was woken up from sleeping because I was super itchy on my neck and it turns out the bed had some weird tiny bugs that had bitten me and that was in room 312 and then I was moved to room 308 and it was a non smoking room and the room smelled like straight up weed and cigarettes and also the power went out one of the nights we were there. and also the mattresses are extremely worn out in both rooms

We liked the location, price and quiet.
No daily room service, only bar soap, no liquid soap, dirty windows ledges, vase boards, door, and walls, and no “do not disturb sign”

The hotel was in a good location.
The mattress was too big for the bed frame so it hung off the sides and end, which made it very uncomfortable due to uneven support. The room was just cleaned but the floors were still dirty and the shower and every towel had other people's hair in it. The room was also quite small and had very little room for 3 people. The room description and all the pictures said there would be a microwave and mini fridge, but after it was booked and paid for I was told that was an extra charge, even though that was not mentioned anywhere that it was and that option was not given to select.

It's a clean-ish place to sleep at night when you're passing through. Won't stay again.
Sketchy people using the parking lot to camp long haul. Don't go out at night. The TV kept freezing and they only provide two tiny bars of soap for toiletries. We forgot our toiletry bag at home and had to find a place open on Christmas day to grab a few things - which was our fault and ok. Keep that in mind for those who count on hotel toiletries. Several ice machines were down for those who plan to grab ice. Took several tries to get the key to work, each entry, and the second night it didn't work at all, so we had to go into the office to get it fixed. Some people might be able to deal with these issues, but for some they can be annoying for the price. Small mention - they bolt the TV down to the desk, so that cuts your desk space by half for those who try to get work done like myself.
