Close to good restaurants, kitchen facilities, decent view spacious room
The roof was being replaced at 7:30 am. Unable to use the patio due to work being done

The room it’s self was clean and modern, clean modern bathroom with toiletries.
Option to use kitchen facilities was good.
The room we stayed in was on the ground floor there were no blinds or curtains on the patio doors that looked out onto to the car park, privacy was an issue.
I did report this and it took over 24 hours to get a response saying that they would deal with the issue as soon as we left. Looking back at the reviews this has been mentioned previously and clearly not addressed.

Nice bathroom and balcony.
Couldn't get into our room. When we arrived the cleaner let us into the room. The lock was defective. Nobody could help with that.We went out and had to leave the balcony door unlocked or we wouldn't be able to get back in. Our room was unsecured. No cups for coffee or water. The shower overflowed into the bathroom because the drain was plugged. I had to use all the towels to clean up the water. My wife couldn't have a shower. Poor communication from the property manager.
