Nice beds

We had no hot water for showers, and it was very uncomfortable

There was nothing I like about the property, the Tv in the room never worked I called the first night and they said it was a problem with the connection and that they were fixing it I stayed until Monday the problem was never fixed. House keeping never ones came in the room to clean the room.

They charged me $4 per day for parking when there wasn’t even a security watching the cars, no gate why pay for it or charge it ? Horrible never again will I stay in this places ! And not recommending it for nothing.

Need a bigger sign that the breakfast cost money. Was creating my waffles then saw a customer paying. I asked her how much for just the waffles she said $8 I told her no thank you. I’m not paying $8 to make my own waffles that is absurd. I wish she would’ve communicated that. The staff member was nice about it and understanding but still a printed sign would be more efficient.

Tub was dirty spouse had to clean the tub with the Lysol wipes.

The room was clean and spacious.

The TV volume was broken so we couldn't watch tv.

It was close to where I used to live so I knew where things were lol

A couple of floor boards in bathroom were popped up enough you could stub your toe. No clock for alarm or to know what time it was

Quiet and great location, friendly & attentive staff, the comfortable beds and general layout of the rooms. I loved ALL of the amenities in the room. And although I was unaware of a parking fee prior to my stay, it was very affordable at $5.00 per night.

The 3 day room cleaning policy. While I travelled solo and had two beds, I would have loved to have fresh linen daily. The hot water after 3p.m is non-existent on the 4th floor. Best showers are best had in the morning before 11:00 a.m.

Sports channels on the cable television. Tennis channel would have been better .

Thw hotel itself looks run down. The bathrooms in first floor need a good cleaning.
