We just looked for a place to spend a night since we knew we would arrive late and leave early. so when we searched on Booking.com we looked for the price and didn’t care much about the room. But as we arrived the motel, we regreted that we couldn’t arrive earlier. The room is really clean and beds are really comfortable. The view is beautiful we wish we had time sitting in front of the river to have our breakfast or dinner there. I have already sent the pictures of this motel to my friends and family

The most vivid impression of our entire stay in Canada! Many thanks to the lovely hosts for their hospitality! Large room, perfect cleanliness, cute design, comfortable beds, everything you need! The view from the room is a postcard! There is a garden house where it is ideal to enjoy morning coffee or evening tea by candlelight in cozy blankets! Our biggest mistake - we only stayed one night... We didn't have time to use the fully equipped BBQ kitchen and enjoy our time here! We saw whales!!! Thanks for your advice on where to take the tour! Thank you for finding our document wallet! We will dream to come again! God bless you!

From the serene and scenic surroundings to the warm and welcoming hosts, everything about this hotel is worth every penny spent. The hosts were very nice and cooperative, treating their guests like family. They went the extra mile to ensure that their guests had a comfortable stay. It was my 30th birthday when we were checking out. The hosts celebrated the day with me and my friends and gifted me a bottle of red wine, on departure. This shows a lot about how much they care about their guests. The hotel also had some great outdoor facilities, like the bbq grill, hammocks, outdoor sitting area to enjoy the majestic st Lawrence river. These added an extra layer of fun to our stay. The rooms were very clean and organised, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall, Motel Gentilhommiere is an excellent place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, serene, and scenic hotel near the St Lawrence River. We did not do breakfast. The location is along a beautiful stretch of the St. Lawrence waterway, but is tucked into a cul-de-sac and is not easily accessible to other places by walking. All staff were very nice and helpful!

An in-town location.

Our room was well located and had all the amenities shown on the website.

fabulous location on a river with waterfalls and super close to the Ferry Terminal. Gorgeous property for sitting out and watching the view.

Everything, beds, views, location.

As on cue, the whales showed their splendor when we pulled into the hotel parking lot. And it only got better! Genevieve and Claude were wonderful hosts..helpful and kind. They have a number of board games available, but they invited us to play a Norse lawn bowling game with them…such fun! We went kayaking right in front of the hotel, too. Plenty of room outside on the lawn with chairs, tables and a grill, if you need one. Our room was more than spacious. When heading this way again, we will be back here to stay.
