Only the location because it was close to the Hot Sands Beach

Everything else. The bed/room/place. Everything looked dirty. Stain on the bedsheets everywhere, so it was hard to trust if it was even clean. The caretaker keeps coming back and checking on us making sure that we are not doing anything "wrong" so NO privacy whatsoever. She even opens one of my family's room and check, who does that?

Location is not too bad.

Place was questionable from security point. Everything is very old including building, appliances and furniture. Host was pushy to make me sign papers to secure her money. Also because wildfires I asked for refund, she refused and stated that it is so cheap like it costs only a penny to stay. When I said it is in fact cheaper, but if you do not use the service at all and paying for it, it is expensive, she pretended that did not understand. She made other person who used property to fix her door, and I witnessed when he pissed off and threw screwdriver saying that he paid to stay not to fix her stuff. All together place to avoid.

No AC, no windows, room made in garage backside of house, full of insects, I slept in my car. Worst experience ever had. I had my wife and little daughter with me. We all slept in car. Not got refund aswell

Mary was a sweetheart. We had a family room with 3 beds was quiet clean and a nice stay
