Room had a great view of the river and the park. Room is quite large and very clean. Generally I liked the hotel, conveniently located close to historic town and there is a lot of green space next to it and also lots of restaurants nearby.
Lift capacity is inadequate, almost always you need to stand in line and wait. I doubt anything can really be done about it. Otherwise all good.

Location is fabulous! Restaurant on first floor is great for food anytime of day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Service is friendly and professional. Pool is fun for kids.
Older hotel room with some areas in room that needed attention brought to staff (broken tap and alarm clock). Only one side table between two beds which made charging devices tricky. Jacuzzi is small and elevators are jammed up at various times of day.

Location and the Cochon breakfast we had the day we left was wonderful.
Great view from our room.
This hotel’s room was not properly maintained. The safe was locked, couldn’t store anything in the safe.
Coffee was short in quantity. When we arrived at room, service was still finishing up.
How could there not be No Room Service in this type of hotel!
Ciel’s view was stunning, cocktails lovely but the charcuterie did not live up to its expectation. No description of what the platter actually contained, meat was tough as well.
