Localização excelente, acesso direto a restaurantes, padarias, supermercados, farmácia e gôndolas para as montanhas de esqui. Apartamento bem mobiliado. Camas confortáveis com roupa de cama de boa qualidade.

It was a bit of a ‘roundabout’ path to get to the lift for our floor.

The location is great. Close to shops, supermarket, bar, pharmacy & ski lifts. Nice view of the mountain too. Never found the hot tub but apparently it’s on level 2. Great kitchen, had all we needed. Air con was a plus.

The walls were a bit thin, we had loud neighbours who came back each night at 2am and woke us up. Usually that is us but one of our party fell ill so we had early nights.

Es gibt nur ein Plümo fürs Doppelbett. Anders als in Deutschland sind die Plümps nicht bezogen sondern haben nur ein Laken darunter. Man muss immer gucken nicht mit dem Plümo in Kontakt zu kommen in dem auch schon andere geschlafen haben.

Very clean. Comfortable bed/bedding. Plenty of things to use in the kitchen. I was surprised that there was a washer / dryer. We didn't need to use them, but good to know for recommendations and possible future renting. Could hear the neighbors only a little bit. The rooms seem to be decently soundproofed. Fast wifi. No bad smells in the hall/room from carpets (I've stayed in a lot of hotels lately and many of them have very smelly hallways because of dirty carpets). Loved that the tab was a jacuzzi, this was also a surprise. My husband had a jacuzzi bathtub and he was really happy about that. Also loved that there was a place to hang dry in the tub. I'm not sure if this is a part of a stay or maybe left from the last people who stayed, but we found a few mini individual creamers left in the fridge and we used them for our coffee the first night we stayed there. If this is not a part of the hotel feature, it definitely should be! :) But maybe put more creamers and also more sugar :p There were six creamers and four sugars. Loved this place and will recommend.

Could not control the fireplace manually. It seemed to be attached to a thermostat and only kicked in randomly. I booked this place for an anniversary with my husband and planned to use the fireplace specifically for ambiance. We were unable to have it going at any point that we actually wanted it to be on. The light for the filter needing to be changed for the fan/heater/air conditioner was on when we arrived and the machine was very loud. When we turned on the thermostat near the entrance to turn on just the heaters that are on the bottoms of the walls, the whole room smelled like burning dust so we had to turn those off and use the loud machine. We happened to walk by the hot tub and noticed it was drained/not in use and we were not notified of this beforehand in an email or when we checked in. I called the front desk multiple times from the phone in the room about all of these issues and no one ever answered. It just rang until I gave up.
