Everything was great, place is well run, people are great, rooms are clean and good, bathing area is well maintained too, everyone has key access for security.

Just the beds could have had a curtain for privacy.

It’s kind of a facility problem which consecutively 2 days of no hot water to bath. Cold bath was quite suffering during the winter days in LA

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, cercana al aeropuerto y a puntos de interés de la zona. El desayuno estaba muy bien y la cama era muy cómoda. Las habitaciones espaciosas.

Que cobren 5 dólares para dejar las maletas luego de realizar el check-out. Por lo general en los alojamientos no se realizan recargos a los huéspedes por dejar unas horas antes de trasladarse al aeropuerto. De todas formas no es costoso dicho importe.

The location.

The night time manager Noelle, and most of the staff, was incompetent, rude and most importantly, extremely unhelpful. It was laughable how unhelpful and unresponsive to requests they were. After complaining about the fact that Noelle, the manager, allowed an older gentleman who peed himself every 30 minutes and made loud, sexual noises throughout the night, to stay for 2 whole nights, making my stay completely miserable, Noelle, pretending to be someone else on her team wrote me a note saying that she would reprimand Noelle for her lack of customer service… She signed the note “Noelle!” Who does that?! Really awful stay. Regrettable. Breakfast is generous. Location is super, if you can get past all of the homelessness in the area. Rooms are cleaned daily but you will see cockroaches.

La ubicación es increíble, bastante cerca de la zona de la playa y el sitio es muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar después de un largo día, un desayuno incluido a pesar del bajo costo de alojamiento, totalmente contento con mi estadía

Poco rotamiento de toallas en los baños, se llegaban a acabar bastante rápido pero nada que no se resuelva bastante rápido

Me gustaron los desayunos y las comodidades. El ambiente es bastante juvenil y la atención es bien preocupada.

The staff was very helpful. They were friendly and nice. I also liked the room. They were clean and every bad had a lamp and a power outlook. The kitchen and breakfast was really nice and it was just a 10 minute walk to the Santa Monica pier. I would definitely come here again

Would be nice to have a small bathroom in the room. But it was completely fine how it was, since the the bathroom was right outside my door

The location was great, common areas were cute, staff was nice and met some cool people.

The bathrooms are all shared and there were no barriers between the beds. Breakfast was ok. Eggs would be a nice touch.

Excelente ubicación cerca de la playa y de la calle principal con muchos negocios alrededor. Baño, habitaciones y zonas comunes súper cómodas y limpias

Hostel bien situé, moderne et bien équipé, avec un petit déjeuner inclus.

Les matelas sont très bruyants dès qu’on bouge dans le lit (notamment ceux sur les lits du dessus). Ma couverture de lit ne sentait pas bon. Hostel très grand et de ce fait pas très familial, pas mal de personnes restent dans leur bulle.

连续两次放在袋子存放在冰箱里的食物被偷，间隔不到10小时。第一次是一整盒香肠被偷了两根，告诉前台没多久后被告知已经通过监控视频发现了小偷。但是因为法律，不能给你看录像，也不能告诉你是谁。在我再三追问下告诉我是个女的，已经被他们 kick out 并且拉黑，再也不能入住这里。第二天早上发现自己的一瓶不便宜的啤酒被偷，再次去找前台并告知相对具体的可能时间。结果前台依然是同样说辞，这次甚至不能告诉我小偷性别。明显就是在敷衍糊弄我，因为我一直关注前台的一举一动，根本没有什么人被 kick out 完全就是在敷衍了事。而且被告知报警只会遭到嘲笑不会有人管，对我的遭遇只能不停的说 sorry 并告诉我这就是旅社的“风险”。我当然知道这种“风险”，但是实际上店方的作为是保护了小偷，而我作为受害者却无能为力，只能自认倒霉。

Dimensioni stanza, pulizia dei bagni e della cucina in comune, rapporto qualità prezzo, materassi scomodi., colazione povera. Per quello che abbiamo pagato (150 dollari una notte per camera doppia con bagno in comune) abbiamo dovuto anche lavare tazze e piatti della colazione. I bagni non sono stati mai puliti dalla sera alla mattina successiva.

I LOVED the experience that staying at the Hostel gave me. Im grateful for the savings it gave me when compared to what you pay at a traditional hotel, It allowed me to enjoy that cash in other activities. It met my as expectations as far as the price being paid goes. It was clean, not luxurious but it definiley felt safe especially travelling as a solo female. Most of all I loved feeling like a local vs tourist in the perfect location. Minutes walk from the beach. I got to enjoy and explore on my rented beach cruiser from Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey to Playa del Rey like I hadn't before when just driving to get around to places. I'd definitley stay here again, it's a BANG for your BUCK kind of place! And you can meet some pretty cool people along the way. Lastly what i also LOVED the most (😂 i loved everything) was that you can use their showers again even after you have checked out!! That makes it a complete deal! It worked out beautifully for me, especially after a long day at the beach!

Everything except no smoking place outside. Great hostel with Security. Great for those disabled as doors open automatically! Great area! Wonderful Staff not irresponsible like many of them.

The breakfast is great, bagel with cream cheese, variety of cereals and orange juice, yum yum! The courtyard is relaxing, library, TV room and other common rooms are are good. Has to mention the helpful and pleasant staff: Emily and Tristan at the reception, Nathan, the security guard, and Christopher who helps at the kitchen. They made my stay pleasant, thank you!

The nicest hostel in LA area.Everything is walkable.The beach is 2 blocks away.Very Clean hostel.Tv room,library,large kitchen.Free breakfast at 7:30am Free coffee and Tea all day.Wish they had an ice machine and a blender.They have pop,boba,snack vending machines,laundry room.Very large Hostel the Hi in San Diego is also nice but the Santa Monica one is bigger.Mall and restaurants all close.Sometimes have a free comedy show.They keep this hostel clean.
