Location was great. Next to a great ice cream store and near the center of town for walking

Black mold in the shower, smoke detector battery compartment was open, desk chair filthy and would not raise up.

It was in a safe location
The room had a lot of flies in it that we couldn’t get rid of. It smelled bad with a bad order and the bathroom was disgusting.

The room was a smoking room with an unpleasant odor. It was a generally all around dirty room but bedding and pillows were clean
I’m not a smoker. I didn’t know I was reserving a smoking room. I kept all of my belongings in my vehicle so they wouldn’t absorb the smell of the room.

Shabby and run down. EVERYTHING was in disrepair. I've never seen or heard of a place in such bad shape. The staff seemed generally uninterested in everything.

The room was horrible.
The door would not shut but we did deadbolt. The windows were unlocked facing the back of the building. Blinds in bathroom were broken and we had to hang a towel over so no one would see in. The bottom of the shower was filthy. The shower curtain was stained red from mildew. Spider webs in corners. I am not picky just want a clean room and it was not. My son sat up all night cause he didn’t feel safe. We were refunded the second night.
