The workers were amazing, the manager Jelendar was very professional and responsible to our needs

Consider is an open access hotel, we have some car noises but not too bad

I didn't have breakfast. The location was ok.

I like that the location is ideal. I like the price, when the accommodations are satisfactory.

I've been coming here an average of twice a month for the last two years and it has gotten progressively worse each time. Yesterday, in particular, the room I was initially assigned looked what appeared to be vomit on the dresser under the television and the air conditioner made a banging noise. This was a Saturday and the motel was full (I'd made my reservation a week in advance). After informing the front desk, he walked me back upstairs to the room to verify my complaints. Once confirmed, he told me that a guess recently left but that he would have to clean the room first, so I had to wait approximately 30 minutes before I could enter. Upon entering, I discovered that the refrigerator didn't work! Temperatures in Orange, CA was 90 degrees at the time and being able to drink a cold beverage would have been nice. The staff, generally are nice, however, they don't seem to adjust their practices to ensure that their accommodations are acceptable, like they just want to get paid and are uncaring about ensuring that problems don't persist. I don't think I will be going back again because this has become an ongoing problem.
